While shopping at CALIBRE E-Shop, members can filter search preferences according to product, event tickets and magazines from a list of products on sale.
We cannot guarantee that the same items will be restocked once it is sold out. So, grab it while it is still in stock!

CALIBRE E-Shop aims to deliver your order/s within 8-10 working days. We do not do deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Deliveries are largely dependent on the stock availability at our warehouse and our courier counterparts dispatching schedule.
We will only accept return goods under the following conditions:-
- Wrong size, colour or type from your original order
- Defective goods
For exchange of defective goods, please check your package warranty for exchange procedures and location.
For wrong size, colour or type, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the matter. A customer service officer will assist you further on the exchange procedure.
CALIBRE E-Shop will only adhere to a refund under the following circumstances:
- No stock at the point confirmation or delivery. A notification email will be send to notify you.
For each order there will be a $5 delivery fee charge. However, for orders $50 and above, delivery will be free.
Delivery will take 8 – 10 working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
We will leave a slip for you. You may be required to retrieve your parcel at the nearest SingPost or POPStation.
We aim to deliver to all valid addresses in Singapore. Do avoid providing addresses that are restrictive i.e. schools, army camps or any restricted zones etc.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery at the moment.
In the event of any incidental orders made for overseas deliveries, a refund will be made for the item purchased with an administrative surcharge applied.
At certain points in time, promotional items may be dispatched differently from other purchases. Sometimes some products may arrive earlier than others, but only by a difference of a few days.
If your products still do not arrive, you can drop an email to us at email@example.com. We will try to reply your email within 3 working days.
At CALIBRE E-Shop, we believe in providing premium sporting goods at affordable prices. We generally do not adhere to exchanges unless the wrong item is delivered. However, for all electronic products and a certain range of accessories products, exchanges and repair will be provided. Please check all warranty terms and conditions provided in the package.
- Item must be in their original purchase condition, including original packaging, documentation, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and all accessories. All packaging must not be damaged in any manner.
- Items with tags must be returned with tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, there will be no returns for intimates, undergarments, and supplements.
We regret that it will not be possible to change your order once it has been placed and confirmed. Should there be a need for any exchange, please refer to return policy terms and conditions.
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we will proceed to process. We are thus unable to cancel your order.
No cost will be incurred for returns and we will be happy to waive the 2nd delivery to you if a wrong item is delivered to you.
In the event the exchange item is not available at the point of exchange, we will gladly do a full refund within 10 working days. You will be notify via email for reference.
All return items will be inspected and reviewed and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned email. We will also notify you on the status of your refund in which we reserve the right to carry out refund methods including:
- Full cash refund, or
- Direct replacement with a new item of the same design and model.
If a full cash refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a 10 working days or further advised.
If the product is covered under warranty, a warranty card will be placed in your package. Please refer to the attached warranty card in your package for more information.
Duration of repairs is dependent on the respective company’s customer service.
